Frost and Snow
Unity's December KOM Sketch Challenge
I love making Christmas cards. I love pulling out all my Christmas card making goodies to get my creative juices flowing.
This card was created using my Stamp of the Week (Frosty Mornings) and the snowflake background was from the November 2011 KOM. I stamped the background twice for a larger background.
I colored in the bird with colored pencils and applied "snow" on the branch using Marvy's Puffy Velvet pens. Then on the holly leaves I put white glue and clear glitter to give it the "frosty" look.
The snowflakes are from Martha Stewart and I outlined them in a blue shimmer gel pen.
Thanks for looking. Please leave a comment and Happy Holidays.
