This card was created using the Phyllis Harris "Wishing Were Forever Friends". I painted the image using Tim Holtz Distress markers and in the watercolor technique. The shooting star is highlighted with some Orange, Yellow, and Star Dust Stickles. I added some white stars and touched up some with a clear shimmer gel pen.
I LOVE these PH images. Thanks for looking. Have an awesome weekend.
