I am a stay-at-home mom. I have been married to my handsome and wonderful husband for over 14 years. Right now he's battling stomach/esophagus cancer. So I do my best to craft when I can. I have two wonderful boys. My oldest, Garett, is 24 and served 5 years in the Navy. He's been home since the beginning of the year (2014). We are very proud of him. My youngest, "DJ", is 13 and in the 8th grade. I have two Border Collie mix dogs (Koda and Rugu), one Calico cat (Hydie), one orange Tabby cat (Bosley), one Tea Cup Chihuahua (Gigi...I LOVE her sooo much), a Chiweinnie (Lily....sweetest dog ever), and a Jack Russell/Chihuahua (Connor....AAALL boy).

Growing In Unity Day 2

Happy Tuesday.  My project today is a wooden tag with a fussy cut stamp image of the Owl Have No Doubt stamp.  I watercolored this beautiful girl and added some burlap behind her and added a cute egg shaped butterfly acrylic sticker.  Now that I think about it...a couple of beads on the jute would be really cute!!!  Take a white paint marker and write on the back and attach to a gift!  How cute would that be with a burlap bow?

    These tags are so cool, I love wooden touches on everything! My husband is a builder. The owl is really cute too, exspecially with the believe across her chest. Great project, thanks for sharing!

    Love the tag. the coloring is great and she does look wonderful. Using the wooden tag is a great idea.

    I love the owl, so darn cute. I like the wooden tag made from wood samples. I need to get me some. Great job on your tag. I like the addition to the burlap, it adds to the owl and makes it stand out.
